Herbert Barry Christy Jr., 73, died Tuesday, Nov. 12, 2019. Born in Versailles, he was the son of the late Herbert Barry Christy Sr. and Elizabeth (Caldwell) Christy Neal. After retiring from Rogers Corporation in Woodstock, Connecticut, he returned home to Versailles to live. Survivors include two brothers, Lawrence (Jan) Christy, Putnam, Connecticut; and Michael (Annette) Neal, Worthington, Ohio; three nieces, Sara Christy, Karen Crowley and Beth Lamothe; and a nephew, Aaron Neal. Graveside services were held Monday, Nov. 18, at Midway Cemetery, by the Rev. Randall William Bush. Blackburn & Ward Funeral Home were in charge of arrangements.
