Marilyn Hunter Jackson, 64, wife of Barry Jackson, died Friday, March 6, 2020. Born on March 16, 1955, in Versailles, she was the daughter of the late James Malcom and Bobbie Jo Shepherd Hunter. She was retired from Sylvania. In addition to her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Blakley Cox, Lexington; four sisters, Dorothy McKinney, Constance Hunter, Mary Jane Wilder, all of Versailles; and Penny Rankin, Lancaster; and a grandson, Isaac James Reed. A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday, March 24, at Clark Funeral Home, Rose Hill. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. prior to service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Woodford Humane Society.
