Imogene McQueen Mathews, 75, widow of Earl Wilcox, died Friday, March 20, 2020, at Frankfort Regional Hospital. Born on July 10, 1944, in Jackson County, she was the daughter of the late Hubert and China Abner McQueen. After over 30 years of employment, she retired from Texas Instruments, where she was a customer service representative. She was a member of Ninevah Christian Church in Lawrenceburg. Survivors include three sons, James (Brenda) Wilcox, Okeechobee, Florida; Anthony (Robyn) E. Wilcox, Lawrenceburg; and Christopher (Rebecca) Wilcox, Atlanta, Georgia; a brother, Lester (Sue) McQueen, Irvine; five grandchildren, William Bridger Wilcox, River Nelson Wilcox, Brier Nathaniel Wilcox, Elizabeth Wilcox and Tyler Daniel Wilcox; and four great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Joyce Ann Hale. A private service will be held.
