Juanita Neal Nichols, 83, widow of Charles Nichols, died Friday, April 3, 2020. Born on March 14, 1937, in Mercer County, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Belva Powers Neal. Survivors include seven children, Diane Morrison; Wanda Nichols, both of Versailles; Martha Trent, Georgetown; Loretta (Tony) Reynolds; Barbara (Randy) Sargent, both of Versailles; Charles (Jennifer) Nichols Jr, Frankfort; and Edward (Deanna) Nichols, Versailles; a sister, Susie Stokley, Lexington; 21 grandchildren; and 34 great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by three sisters, Janie Warner, Mildred Kincaid and Irene Neal; a brother, Robert Neal; two grandsons, Landon Travis Nichols and Daryl James Oliver; and two great-grandchildren, Asher Charles Thomas Nichols and Lexi Nicole Lyons. A private graveside service will be held in Versailles Cemetery.
