Alfred Raymond “A.J.” Marmolejo Jr, 23, died Saturday, May 16, 2020. Born on Sept. 15, 1996, in Lexington, he was the son of Alfred Raymond Marmolejo Sr. and Racheal Bryant Hager. He was a graduate of Woodford County High School and an employee of Stellar Property Enhancement. Survivors include his father, Alfred Raymond Marmolejo Sr., Nicholasville; mother and stepfather, Racheal and Anthony Hager, Frankfort; four siblings, Heather Marmolejo, Starlena Marmolejo, Savannah Marmolejo and Alexander Marmolejo; and a stepbrother, Justin Hager, all of Frankfort; maternal grandmother, Effie Roberts, Versailles; paternal grandmother, Joyce Kiser, Nicholasville; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. A private service will be held Friday, May 22, at Clark Funeral Home, Rose Hill. Burial will follow in Rose Crest Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Clark Funeral Home, 241 Rose Hill Ave., Versailles, Ky. 40383 to help with funeral expenses.
