Kupets awarded two scholarships


Victoria Kupets, a 2020 Woodford County High School graduate, has been awarded two scholarships: a $1,000 Phil and Betty Luckett Scholarship for academic performance and character and a P.E.O STAR Scholarship given to “exceptional high school senior women to attend an accredited postsecondary educational institution in the United States or Canada …” Victoria is the daughter of Constance and Thomas Kupets and will attend the University of Kentucky this fall.
