E. Ann Warran Sargent, 77, passed away peacefully on Friday, Sept. 4, 2020. The wife of Gilbert “Sarge” Sargent, Ann was born Sept. 15, 1942, to the late Leonard and Elnora Camby Warran in Rensselaer, Indiana. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 11, at Rose Crest Cemetery in Versailles. Serving as pallbearers will be Scott Sargent, Brandon Sargent, Ben Sargent, Mason Jessie, Johnny Shetrone and Justin Jones. Brian Southerland will be serving as an honorary pallbearer. Visitation will be held from 5 until 7 p.m. today, Thursday, Sept. 10, at Clark Funeral Home, Rose Hill in Versailles. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Bluegrass Care Navigators.
