On Sept. 26, identity theft was reported at an Oxford Road home. On Sept. 25, third-degree terroristic threatening was reported on High Street. On Sept. 27, police made an arrest on Virginia Avenue of a person believed to be mentally ill and a danger to self/others. On Sept. 23, harassing communications and third-degree terroristic threatening involving a handheld device were reported in the Kroger parking lot. On Sept. 20, police issued a citation/summons on Grassy Springs Road for first-degree criminal mischief and leaving the scene of an accident that caused $1,400 in damage to a wooden post and plank fencing.
