Coleman running for reelection to Versailles council
I am pleased to announce my candidacy for re-election to the Versailles City Council. I have served the past four years and would be honored to serve you for another term. In addition to the City Council, I serve as Vice President of the Woodford County Historical Society, Board of Directors for the Woodford County Fair and Bluegrass Area Development District. I serve on the State Housing Policy Action Committee, lead our Fourth of July, Christmas Parade and Tree Lighting festivities. I served in the U.S Air Force and federal government and live in the Rose Ridge Subdivision with my wife, Michelle. During the past two years, the city government has had to lead during two catastrophic events – the storm of July 2018 and the COVID-19 pandemic this year. My priorities are to manage a responsible budget, provide support to our citizens during crises, working to get empty buildings filled, like Sylvania, old Kroger’s, and revitalization of downtown. You can reach me by phone or text 859-552-2142 or email: mikecitycouncil@gmail.com I am #8 on the ballot and would appreciate your vote and continued support.
