Free flu shots in Midway Thursday

Midway Christian Church will host a free flu vaccine clinic today, Thursday, Nov. 12, from noon to 4 p.m. in the church’s community room. Appointments are not needed. The church is at 123 East Bruen Street. The shots will be given by the Kentucky Department for Public Health’s “flu crew.” Patients over the age of 65 are encouraged to see their primary care physician or pharmacist to receive the higher-dose vaccination.
