McDaniel

Kelly Dean McDaniel, 56, died Sunday, Oct. 18, 2020.

He was born on April 1, 1964 to the late Jane and Kenneth D. McDaniel Sr. He had retired as stallion manager for Airdrie Stud Farm in Midway.

Survivors include a brother, Kenneth D. McDaniel Jr., Midway; a nephew, Doug McDaniel; and great nieces and nephew, Sara and Seth Coomer; and Lily McDaniel. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a niece, Katie Coomer.

A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. today, Thursday, Oct. 22, at Midway Cemetery. Honorary casket bearers will be Woods Reeves, Carl Sayre, John W. McDaniel and James A. McDaniel.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Bluegrass.
