Fire Reports City Firefighters made one EMS assist and installed smoke detectors in one home and car seats in two vehicles from Feb. 9 to Feb. 15. On Feb. 9, they responded to a natural gas leak on Kroger Way behind Great Clips. On Feb. 11, they cleared trees off the road on Gray Street and Marsailles Way. On Feb. 13, they performed an elevator rescue in the Woodford County Public Library’s main branch and extricated a Sheridan Company (formerly Quad/Graphics) employee who was caught in a piece of machinery.

County Firefighters made one EMS assist from Feb. 9 to Feb. 15. On Feb. 9, they responded to a vehicle accident on I-64 East, a false alarm on Ravenwood Road and checked a controlled burn on Spring Station Road. On Feb. 10, they responded to a vehicle accident on Midway Road and a tree fire on Scarborough Drive. On Feb. 11, they responded to a false alarm on McCracken Pike and a vehicle accident on Pisgah Pike. On Feb. 12, they responded to an overheated elevator motor on Pinckard Pike and false alarms on McCracken Pike and Hippe Agee Road. On Feb. 15, they responded to a vehicle accident on Pinckard Pike.
