Helen McIntosh, 79, of Versailles, widow of Alex McIntosh, died Tuesday, Jan. 17, 2017. Born Feb. 1, 1937, in Versailles, she was the daughter of the late Marion and Margaret Hollard. She worked at Dixie Cup and was a member of Glen’s Creek Baptist Church. She was a member of the Versailles Lions Club and the Blue Grass Hospital Ladies’ Auxiliary Club. Survivors include a daughter, Mary Margaret Woods; two sons, Donald Woods and Kenny Woods; a sister Gay Etherington; several nieces and nephews; and several great-nieces and great-nephews. Services were conducted Friday, Jan. 20, at Clark Funeral Home, Rose Hill, by Dr. Mike James. Entombment was in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
