Mary Ann Blevins, 51, wife of Stanley Blevins, died Wednesday, Aug. 23, 2017, at her home. Born in Nicholas County, she was the daughter of Judy Bromagen Reid, Lexington, and the late Earl Medley. In addition to her husband and mother, she is survived by a son, Samuel Simpson, Lexington; a daughter, April Blevins, Versailles; a sister, Mona Winburn, Lexington; a sister-in-law, Gleda Blevins, Monticello; and numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial gathering was held at Open Door Church in Lexington on Saturday, Aug. 26.
