The Technical Review Committee (TRC) forwarded a final record plat that creates four single-family residential lots at 119 Old Towne Walk (Northside Homes, LLC) to the Versailles-Midway-Woodford County Planning Commission following its review on Monday.
Project engineer Rick Nunnery of EA Partners said storm and sanitary sewers have been installed to serve the lots.
Subdivision plats
TRC forwarded six minor subdivision plats to the Planning Commission.
A minor subdivision/consolidation plat will consolidate land parcels at 4901 Lupresse Lane and 3354 Huntertown Road (Generations Farm, LLC and Eric Steinmann Properties).
A minor subdivision/consolidation plat of the Robert and Martha property will void an in-family conveyance at 5200 and 5204 Troy Pike.
A minor subdivision/in-family conveyance plat for 320 Shady Lane – Robert McNeil (father) to Kristine McNiel (daughter) – will need lot line revisions before going to the Planning Commission for approval. Some of the parent lot is zoned single-family residential and therefore was not eligible for an in-family conveyance, which necessitated revisions, TRC was told.
A minor subdivision/consolidation plat for 211 and 217 East Higgins Street in Midway (Frederick Arndt and Starks Real Estate, LLC) was reviewed and forwarded to the commission.
A minor subdivision/in-family conveyance plat – John Faust (husband) to Lisa Faust (wife) – will create a 5.705-acre lot at 987 Pauls Mill Road. The lot remaining at 11881 Troy Pike after the conveyance will be 24.337 acres.
Utility easement
An amended minor easement record plat for 140 Park Street that adds a utility easement to serve six proposed cottages on property adjacent to the Woodford Inn was forwarded to the commission.
