District Court
Due to the holidays, there were no regular District Court dockets for Dec. 23 or Dec. 30. We are unable to report the District Court docket held on Jan. 6 due to an early deadline again this week. This resulted from the National Day of Mourning for President Carter which led to the closure of the post office on Jan. 9, requiring our deadline to be moved up to Jan. 6 to deliver this week’s paper before Thursday. Look for both the Jan. 6 and Jan. 13 District Court dockets in next week’s Sun.
