Coralyn F. Peters, 87, of Versailles, died Sunday, May 31, 2026.
Born Feb. 4, 1939, in Chicago, Illinois, Coralyn was the daughter of the late Charles and Catherine Granberg.
Coralyn is survived by her husband, Ronald Peters; her children, Gerri (Dan) Gately, Maureen Peters (Joe Turley), Melanie (Jim) Donnelly and Frank (Jennifer) Peters; her grandchildren, Katy Gately Lipstein, Thomas (Kristina) Gately, Chelsea Peters (Joe Aguirre), Megan Donnelly, Amanda Donnelly, Maggie Gately, Kelly (Ryan) Greer, Stephen Gately and Gavin Peters; and her great-grandchildren, Rylan Lipstein, Ophelia Gately and Felix Gately.
She is also survived by her siblings, Ben (Kathy) Granberg, Cathy (Kurt) Janus, Mike Granberg and Mary (Mike) Roach.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Frank Granberg and Jim Granberg.
Visitation will be held from 2 to 5 p.m. on Sunday, June 7, at Blackburn and Ward Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Monday, June 8, at St. Leo Catholic Church. A luncheon will follow the service to celebrate Coralyn’s life and share memories with family and friends. Burial will follow the luncheon at Sunset Memorial Gardens at 2 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
