LILLIE COX LEADS THE WAY as the Grand Marshall of last Saturday’s Fourth of July Parade in Versailles. Though not able to walk the full route, her dear friend Debbie Tichenor helped out. Judge-Executive James Kay, laughing, said, “It took a while for the parade to get to the courthouse because Lillie knows everyone and made Debbie push her back and forth so she could say ‘Hi’ to everyone!” (Photo by Scott White)
