Mike Gampper is running for Woodford County Fiscal Court, Magistrate-District 6, because he believes our community deserves thoughtful leadership focused on families, fiscal responsibility, and preserving what makes Woodford County special.
A father of six, Mike and his family have deep roots in Woodford County. He has spent years raising his children here and watching firsthand what makes this community such a great place to call home. Now, he wants to help protect that future so his children and generations to come have the opportunity to live, work, and raise their families here.
Mike brings more than 20 years of leadership and financial management experience, including managing $50 million-plus P&Ls and experience in forensic accounting. His professional background has taught him the importance of accountability, responsible budgeting, identifying financial risks, and making decisions based on facts.
Mike has always taught his children to “be the change.” His decision to run for office is an extension of that belief. His priorities include preserving green spaces, putting Woodford County families first, encouraging responsible growth, and maintaining strong fiscal stewardship of taxpayer resources.
For Mike, public service isn’t about personal recognition, it’s about listening, teamwork, and serving the community he loves.
